This is a comment we hear all the time. Unfortunately many people delay taking this step that will change their lives forever. 

Our program takes into effect that smoking is a body mind addiction. You have a body that can crave a cigarette and you think of one. You have a mind that can think of a cigarette and that builds a craving in the body.

Our process will take approximately 60 to 90 minutes. This compares to some locations that do it in 20 to 30 minutes. We spend this extra time with you ensuring you are comfortable and relaxed. We will explain everything that is happening and spend time answering any questions. We believe that you deserve more time than that to understand all there is to understand and make this permanent.

The LASER STOP SMOKING therapy itself takes about 20 minutes. We request you fill out a form to give us some background information before we begin. We talk about your own history and any barriers we need to look at. 

We fully explain the process and explain why you will be successful when you follow our simple easy to follow procedures. We specialize in relaxation and stress therapy as well at our Body and Mind Clinic in Windsor Ontario. This is vital for STOP SMOKING THERAPY because many people explain that whenever they tried to quit smoking they were stressed and irritable. Our STOP SMOKING program addresses all this. We will talk about eating, drinking water and any other issues that come up. If there are weight issues we have programs for that as well, feel free to inquire about them.
